She is clean and her streets are large and impressive. Her buildings are beautiful and the weather is warm and embracing. I was walking a lot through her streets and entered to her museums. So pleased I was yesterday when I left the museum; I felt as if I had won some important competition.I was full from the temporary exhibition of William Kentridge that I happened to catch, and from the fact that I saw the Guernica of Picasso. There was something thick in the museum. The content entered my body smoothly and slowly, slowly absorbed. There were heaviness, violence and fear that moved me.

Earlier, by the middle of the day, I was able to take off my shoes and my socks in the park. I was sitting in a half-lotus position, feeling the cool grass in by feet and the warmly rays of the sun stroking my face. I reckon today people call it grounding. I was meditating and moving between my breath and my thoughts.
